What is the BFRB Club?
The BFRB Club is an online platform available for FREE or for as little as $10/month. It’s meant for everyone who struggles with body-focused repetitive behaviors, whether you have things under control and you’re looking for accountability or you feel the need to work on the issue more intensely but can’t afford therapy.
Cooperating with my colleagues and co-workers at Four Steps Coaching Inc we have set up a web site that’s a closed, safe space for anyone who wants to learn about other people’s experiences, get advice or share their own.
Every week, a prompt is released at 3PM on Friday. Each prompt is an invitation to reflect on an aspect of your current experience, your plans or to dive deeper and consider some important topics regarding your BFRB. You can journal privately or share your entries anonymously with others. You can read their responses, ask questions and exchange experiences.
In addition to this, we offer special dedicated webinars and blogs. Paying members are able to ask questions regularly using a special link, they get feedback on their prompt entries and are able to suggest webinar topics.
We launched this project less than two months ago and we already have 68 members! It has truly exceeded our expectations and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has chosen to share their story and who supports our work through the paying subscription.

FREE Self-Compassion Course - All our members will get access to a free 3-week self-compassion course that includes video lectures, pdf handouts and guided meditations.
