Box Breathing (FREE video)

Breathing exercises are an excellent way to deal with anxiety. Box breathing is a particularly potent one. In fact, it’s so effective that Navy Seals use it – and they certainly find themselves in, shall we say, slightly unnerving and stressful situations.

At Four Steps Coaching, we prepared a video guide for you to learn and use it. Typically it takes about 4 minutes of box breahing to alleviate anxiety, but if you need more, feel free to replay the video as many times as you need. Put your headphones on, find a space where you will be alone, and play the video.
