What is it about?
The title pretty much sums it up. It’s meant to be used for those times when you feel like you might have a panic attack or you may pick your skin or pull your hair. It’s for all those situations where grounding doesn’t help, where mindfulness simply isn’t possible, and overall you feel like you’re going to jump out of your own skin.
It’s a combination of breathing exercises, grounding and mindfulness that’s meant to help you channel and release intense pent up tension.
